Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory which was established in 1998 with more than 300 workers.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, the delivery date depends on quantity, generally 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (9 containers).

What are the terms of payment?
40% deposit, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. TT and payments via credit card or Alibaba platform are welcome.

Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) limitation?
We don’t have an MOQ limitation. However, if you don’t have other goods to share the container and the quantity is less than 10 pcs, international freight may be expensive.

What if we encounter problems or don't have installers during installation?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. Our engineers can guide you by phone, FaceTime, or video. For mezzanine floor projects or large cases, our technical staff and professional installation team are available to handle the installation work.
