Q: Are you a manufacture or trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: In general, within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and shelving design.
Q: What is your term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% deposit upon signing the PI, and the balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery.
Q: How can I install the racks?
A: We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf. If needed, our engineers can also guide you remotely for free.
Q: What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
A: The difference lies in the upright structure. A main rack is the starter rack with 2 uprights, while an add-on rack connects directly with only 1 upright. For instance, a continuous run of 15 wall units consists of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
