Please provide: 1. Rack drawings or detailed dimensions (Length x Width x Height); 2. Number of layers required; 3. Load capacity per layer (100kg - 8000kg); 4. Total quantity of racks needed.
Can you manufacture according to customers' customized designs?
Yes, we support both OEM and ODM services. We have extensive experience in overall warehouse planning and provide design drawings and rendered illustrations for hundreds of projects every year.
What are your payment terms and delivery time?
A 30% deposit is required upon signing the contract, with the balance cleared by T/T, L/C, or Western Union before delivery. Delivery typically takes 5 to 25 working days depending on order quantity and custom drawings.
How are the products packaged for export?
Generally, shelf components are flat packed with air bubble film and loaded securely in standard export cartons. Other specialized packaging, such as wooden crates, can be arranged upon client request.
