Q What is your typical delivery time?
For standard size models with materials in stock (less than 500 pcs), delivery takes 3-7 days. For customized orders, delivery is generally 7-15 days. We can complete 332 CBM (about 9 containers) within 15 days.
Q What are your payment terms and trade terms?
Payment is 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed. We primarily operate under EXW or FOB terms; others can be negotiated.
Q Do you offer OEM/ODM services and custom sizes?
Yes, we have extensive experience in customizing shelves, storage racks, and steel pallets. Dimensions, layers, and loading capacity can all be tailored to specific needs.
Q How do you handle installation support?
We supply detailed installation instructions for every model. Engineers are available to assist via phone, FaceTime, or video. For large mezzanine or turnkey projects, our technical teams can be dispatched to guide installation.
Q What is the product warranty and loading port?
All racks include a warranty ranging from 3 to 5 years. Our closest loading ports are Nansha or Huangpu in Guangzhou, and we can also transfer goods to customer warehouses in Foshan or Shenzhen.
