Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory established in 1998 with more than 300 workers located in Guangzhou.

What is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock; for less than 500 pcs, 3-7 days is sufficient. For customized models, the delivery date depends on quantity. Generally, it is 7-15 days. We can finish production in 15 days under 332 CBM (around 9 containers).

What are your payment and trade terms?
Payment term: 40% deposit, and balance cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card and Alibaba platform payments are also accepted. Trade terms: Generally EXW or FOB; other terms can be negotiated.

What if we encounter problems during installation or lack installers?
We provide detailed installation instructions for every type of shelf, plus free drawings and video instructions. If needed, our engineers can assist via phone, FaceTime, or video.
