Medium Duty Rack Structure
1 Rack Column
Made of cold-rolled steel by a special roll forming machine. The upright column features double-row holes at a 50mm pitch along a straight line for mounting beams. Opposing columns are assembled into a shelf frame using horizontal connecting beams and diagonal bracing.
2 Ladder Beams
Utilizes "P" type pipes, commonly known as "ladder beams." The height of the ladder corresponds directly with the height of the steel deck.
3 Steel Plate Decks
Manufactured with premium cold-rolled steel plates, precisely bent on all four sides according to the required dimensions.
4 Complete Assembly
Beams and columns mount securely into a rigid frame, finished by laying the steel plates to create a fully formed medium-sized shelf unit.
5 Precision Finishing
All parts are precisely formed, polished, pickled, phosphated, and coated with fully automated electrostatic powder spraying. Provides a smooth, elegant surface with 50mm pitch layer adjustability and quick disassembly.

The Composition of Medium-Duty Racks
Medium Duty Racks are assembled from columns, beams, and laminates. An independent group contains two pairs of columns and is termed the main frame (Starter). When multiple units are connected in a continuous row, subsequent units share adjacent columns and are designated as subframes (Add-on).

Beam:
