Do you supply pallet racking to the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries?

Yes. Guangzhou Heda Shelves Co., Ltd. exports factory-direct racking, shelving and mezzanine systems from Guangzhou to major Middle East ports including Jebel Ali and Khalifa Port (UAE), King Abdulaziz Port Dammam and Jeddah Islamic Port (Saudi Arabia), Hamad Port (Qatar), Sohar (Oman), Shuwaikh (Kuwait) and Khalifa Bin Salman Port (Bahrain). Every shipment is packed for long-haul container transport with labelled bundles matching the installation drawings.

How do your racks perform in high heat, humidity and dust?

All steel components go through pickling and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating, which improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance in hot, humid coastal cities such as Dubai, Jeddah and Dammam. For outdoor yards, coastal sites or cold stores, galvanized or upgraded finishes can be specified during the design stage.

What information do you need to prepare a free warehouse layout design?

Please share the building CAD drawing or dimensions, clear height under the roof beam, column grid, pallet size (for example 1200 x 1000 mm or 1200 x 800 mm), maximum pallet weight, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs and expected daily throughput. Our engineers then return a 2D CAD layout and 3D rendering.

Can your layouts support Civil Defense and insurance approval in the Middle East?

Our layout drawings clearly show aisle widths, flue spaces, load capacities and safety accessories so that your consultant can submit them to local authorities such as Civil Defense. Final approval requirements vary by emirate and city, so we coordinate drawings with your local consultant or contractor.

Which certifications do HEDA Shelves products hold?

HEDA Shelves holds CE certification (No. 2435-CPR-8605159), ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification (No. 18624Q00169R0M, valid until 2027-06) and RoHS certification.

Do you provide installation support for Middle East projects?

Each project is delivered with installation drawings, a parts list and assembly guidance. Remote video support is available for local installation teams, and on-site supervision can be arranged for larger mezzanine and high-density racking projects.
