QWhat is your delivery time?
For standard size models, we have plenty of material in stock, less than 500pcs, 3-7 day is ok; For customized models, the delivery date depends on the quantity. In generally, it is 7-15 days.
QWhat is the term of payment and trade terms?
Payment term is 40% of deposit, and balance will be cleared by T/T before delivery. Credit card, Alibaba platform, and TT are all welcomed. In generally, we use FOB or DAP trade terms, other terms can be negotiated.
QCould you produce the goods in OEM and ODM design?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves.
QWhat if we encounter problems during installation or have no installers?
We provide detailed install instruction for every type of shelf, with engineer support via phone, face-time, or video. For mezzanine floor cases or big projects, we can offer technical staff or professional installation teams to guide the job.
QWhat is the warranty and packaging method?
The warranty is from 3 years to 5 years. Generally, storage racks are flat packed by air bubble film, with wooden box packaging available to clients' requirements.
