Column Structure

What is your typical delivery time?
For standard size models with material in stock, orders under 500 pcs take 3-7 days. For customized models, delivery is generally 7-15 days. Large scale orders up to 332 CBM (9 containers) can be fulfilled within 15 days.
What are your accepted payment terms and trade terms?
Our standard terms are 40% deposit with the balance cleared by T/T before delivery. We primarily operate under EXW or FOB terms, with other options available upon negotiation. Credit card and TT payments are welcome.
Can you produce OEM and ODM customized designs?
Yes, we specialize in OEM/ODM solutions. Storage racks, pallet racks, and steel pallets can be fully tailored according to your size, loading weight, color, and layer specifications.
