Every shipment is packed for long-haul container transport with labelled bundles matching the installation drawings.

How do your racks perform in high heat, humidity and dust?

Accepted Answer

All steel components go through pickling and phosphating before electrostatic powder coating, which improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance in hot, humid coastal cities such as Dubai, Jeddah and Dammam. For outdoor yards, coastal sites or cold stores, galvanized or upgraded finishes can be specified during the design stage.

What information do you need to prepare a free warehouse layout design?

Accepted Answer

Please share the building CAD drawing or dimensions, clear height under the roof beam, column grid, pallet size (for example 1200 x 1000 mm or 1200 x 800 mm), maximum pallet weight, forklift type and lift height, number of SKUs and expected daily throughput. Our engineers then return a 2D CAD layout and 3D rendering.

Question 4

Can your layouts support Civil Defense and insurance approval in the Middle East?

Accepted Answer

Our layout drawings clearly show aisle widths, flue spaces, load capacities and safety accessories so that your consultant can submit them to local authorities such as Civil Defense. Final approval requirements vary by emirate and city, so we coordinate drawings with your local consultant or contractor.
