Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our factory has been specializing in supermarket shelves, warehouse racks, and different kinds of display stands since 2001.
Where is your factory located? Can I visit?
Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong. You are warmly welcome to visit whenever you are available.
What is your typical delivery time?
In general, delivery is within 15 days. It also depends on the order quantity and specific shelving design.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit upon signing the PI, with the remaining balance cleared by T/T before delivery.
Can you produce racking systems according to customers' designs?
Sure, we have very rich experience in customizing shelves according to exact layout and functional needs.
What is the difference between a main rack and an add-on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is the uprights. The main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights, and the add-on rack is the continuation rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 racks against a wall, the structure will consist of 1 main rack and 14 add-on racks.
